Last couple days where great! Got in some awesome Dec 60 deg rides then went up to Breck on Monday for some snowboarding.
Joe and I spun bit on the westside of Co Springs today and it was super windy. Climbed up Cheyenne Canyon then back over to his place. Overall decent ride but just a little chilly for the weather they where actually calling for today. Looking forward to the warm up for the rest of the week!
Had a good thanksgiving up in Parker… My Uncle fixed a 22lbs turkey and it was defiantly the biggest I have seen. Glad the weather warmed up a bit, got in two good rides OUTSIDE around Parker and Denver. Got over 80 mi in yesterday and 40 mi in the day before. Trying to enjoy the weather before it snows early this week. Riding is in full base training mode for next year. Always enjoying the bike!
Having a lot of fun over at Cts with the friday computrainer races. Last week got 1st place in cat b where we rode the Tour of Gila TT. This week we did the Colorado College Crit and I pulled off a sprint at the end for 1st place. Then we did another simulated shorter crit where I finished 3rd. Riding the computrainer has been nice makes things not as boring. For the crit races we had drafting built in and it made it even more realistic. Back at it again this friday at Carmichael 5:45pm.
